He joined Hilco in 2016, and since 2019, has led the Hilco businesses in Australia and New Zealand. Lewis has been responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, and management of the Hilco capital deployment opportunities in Australia and New Zealand. He has deep experience across multiple sectors, with a particular focus on consumer businesses.
Lewis partners with sponsors and management teams to deliver tailored funding solutions. His work spans non‑core carve outs, underperforming assets, debt restructurings, recapitalisations, and broader capital solutions.
Prior to joining Hilco, Lewis worked at a leading boutique Australian turnaround advisory firm.
