Kazi is a Chartered Engineer with experience across aerospace, defence and industrial businesses.
Prior to joining Hilco Capital, he spent several years at GE Aerospace in roles spanning operations, quality, and engineering project management. During this time, he worked on major military aircraft platforms leading technical programme activity and working closely with global defence customers.
Since joining Hilco Capital, Kazi has worked across a range of industrial transactions, including pre-acquisition due diligence, post-acquisition turnaround initiatives, and carve-out transactions. He works closely with portfolio management teams to drive business performance improvement, including the delivery of value creation plans across core business workstreams.
Kazi holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick, with Distinction.
