Since joining Hilco in 2020, Josh has worked across a number of our lending, advisory and turnaround transactions. This work has covered a broad range of sectors, investment structures and jurisdictions.
Prior to joining Hilco, Josh worked in the restructuring advisory team at EY for four years where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. While at EY, he was involved in a broad range of engagements such as Flybe, House of Fraser, Honda and Interserve among others, leading Josh to gain experience in financial restructuring, accelerated M&A engagements, independent business reviews and corporate turnarounds.
