Domenico is an investment analyst with experience in special situations and restructuring transactions.
Prior to joining Hilco in 2026, Domenico worked in restructuring and turnaround at Alvarez & Marsal and Deloitte. He conducted financial performance and viability assessments, supporting complex turnaround situations across multiple industries. He was also involved in accelerated sale processes and lender-led special situations across formal and informal engagements.
Domenico holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, graduating with a distinction average.
