Since joining Hilco in 2023, Catherine has worked across a broad range of the firm’s lending and investment transactions, covering asset-based lending, DIP financing, emergence financing and acquisition financing. She has been involved in investments spanning UK, US and Canadian processes, including Chapter 11, Chapter 15, CCAA and UK restructuring plans, working closely with management teams, advisors and co-lenders throughout each transaction.
Prior to joining Hilco, Catherine worked at Grant Thornton in Financial Modelling, where she built three-statement forecast models across sale transactions, refinancings, large-scale restructurings and ongoing FP&A use by management teams. Catherine is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and studied at the University of Manchester.
